2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including NIC verification) during registration. Creating fake profiles is strictly prohibited.

3. Profile Monitoring and Account Suspension

Yuwala continuously monitors user profiles and platform activities to ensure safety and compliance. We reserve the absolute right to temporarily suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate any account that violates our terms, engages in suspicious behavior, or is reported by other users, with or without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer (Please Read Carefully)

Yuwala acts strictly as an intermediary platform to connect individuals seeking matrimony.

  • We are not responsible for verifying the absolute real-world authenticity of every user, their financial status, or their background.
  • Users are solely responsible for conducting their own background checks before making any commitments, financial transactions, or arranging offline meetings.
  • Yuwala shall not be held liable for any personal conflicts, family disputes, emotional distress, financial scams, or fraudulent activities resulting from interactions on this platform. You interact with matches entirely at your own risk.

5. Subscription and Payments

All premium package purchases are final. We reserve the right to modify pricing. Accounts terminated due to terms violations will not receive a refund.
